Working across South London, Sussex, Surrey and Kent, we help people find a suitable home and sustain their tenancy.
Specialist housing and tenancy support
We provide intensive housing management and tenancy support, tailored to the people who live in our homes. Our housing team helps tenants manage their tenancy, deals with problems early and works with families and care partners to keep the home safe and settled.
Our experience covers a broad range of tenants, including people with highly complex needs. Personal care and day-to-day support are provided separately by our care partners.

Use our referral form so our team can understand what would make a suitable home.
03 / FIND THE RIGHT FIT
We assess the referral with those involved. A home must suit the person, their support arrangements and any other tenants.
Availability, funding and care arrangements all matter. An enquiry or referral does not guarantee a home. We will discuss what may be possible.
